I'm honored to join the Embodied Intimacy retreat for the fifth year as part of Sybille's Embodied Freedom facilitation team. My role is to create intentional sacred spaces where you can pause, process, and integrate the profound shifts that emerge during this transformative 5 day journey.
As both guide and fellow traveler on this path, I bring therapeutic healing methodologies, energetic architecture, and mindful somatic approaches to support you through every phase of the retreat—from your first arrival through your return home.
My Foundation: With expertise in therapeutic bodywork, trauma processing, energetic attunement, and intuitive navigation of life's transitions, I meet each participant exactly where they are. My work creates bridges between embodied experience and conscious integration, offering compassionate witness to both challenge and breakthrough.

Honor what you're carrying, receive intuitive insights, clarify intentions, and arrive feeling grounded and prepared. Honoring the profound nature of this annual retreat, this session creates a gentle bridge between your daily life and the deep inner work ahead. Beginning with compassionate conversation and intuitive insight sharing (30 min), we acknowledge what you're bringing with you and set clear intentions. This flows into hands-on massage (60 min) to release physical tension and prepare body and mind for the transformative journey.
