5 Modules 10 weeks of practical, basic and essential mindful somatic energy work.
Self connection is key. We can lose self connection, focus, stability or centeredness through our busy lives, (inter)actions, and our reaction to other people and our environment, every day. In other words, we can lose our center and sense of connection which can lead to feeling tired, drainend, indecisive, uncertain, frustrated, angry, sad, depressed or anxious. In order to regain clarity, we need to re-establish the connection we have with ourselves so that we can thrive and enjoy life to the fullest.
Intuitive Attunement is a weekly practise group where you will learn tools to keep your energy authentic, flowing, strong, clear and integrated with yourself. You will explore techniques that enable you to reconnect & re-centre yourself in more challenging situations you may find yourself in.
In these 10 sessions together I will introduce you into a mindful somatic approach to life with resources that will sustain self connection and trust in your own intuition.
